Big Screen Entertainment Group Takes Another Step Towards Becoming Reporting E-mail
Thursday, 24 April 2008
The management of Big Screen Entertainment Group has completed the necessary documentation for becoming a reporting pink sheet company on www.pinksheets.com. This represents an important first step in the company's quest to become a fully reporting, transparent entity. Once signed off upon by BSEG's SEC counsel, the information will be promptly published.

"We are quite proud of the achievements of current management, and feel the time is right to share these achievements with our shareholders," said CEO Kimberley Kates, referring to the company's impressive roster of films, games and numerous projects in development.

Preparations are continuing for the Cannes Film Market in May, where BSEG will be selling international rights to not only its own films, such as "Babysitter Wanted" and numerous other BSEG titles, but also approximately 20 more films from recent acquisitions. The Cannes Market will be the debut of BSEG's new foreign sales arm, The Independent Film Company.

"In addition to the corporate and financials being published and registered on pinksheets.com, we will also be initiating a new website with the companies new film titles for sale and immediate delivery to international buyers," stated BSEG President of Production, Stephen Eckelberry.
