Big Screen to File Form 15C2-11 Information Statement on Pinksheets.com

Big Screen Entertainment Group (OTC:BSEG) through their SEC attorney, Robert Laskowski announced today that they will file Form 15C2-11 information statement within the next 3 weeks, enabling the company to be registered on Pinksheets.com. The form will include updated quarterly financial data and other relevant corporate information. The statement will also be posted on BSEG's website at the time of filing. In addition to filing with PinkSheets, BSEG is working with SEC attorney Laskowski and General Counsel Michael Gardiner to achieve reporting status on the Bulletin Boards. "The process takes approximately 6 months or more" stated Mr. Laskowski.

"Management plans on beginning the process of becoming fully reporting in June and we hope to be in full compliance by the end of this year," said BSEG President David Zappone. "In the meantime, we will be making a major step in this direction by filing our corporate and financial information on Pinksheets.com."
