With more than twenty (20) years of legal experience, she was a member of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Association (LATLA) for twelve (12) years. She became top Sales and Marketing Representative, as a Paralegal, in her field generating settlement value of more than twelve million dollars annually through her marketing and promotions strategy and performance.
Later Ms. Hornsby was offered a position as Vice President of Operations for WinSonic Holdings, Inc., led by Winston Johnson, a pioneer in state-of-the-arts technology innovation for the telecommunication and entertainment industry. Her focus was on establishing precise Business Systems and Administrative Workflow Processes, company policies, procedures and initiatives to execute the management of operations. She also worked with the IT Division to establish innovative managing processes.

Hornsby has worked behind the scenes in television, as a production assistance and/or co-producer, make-up artist, wardrobe supervisor on such shows as; "Kids to Kids" and "I Love Liberty", a CBS weekly show for Kids, "Strictly Street”, a daytime dance show for teens, "Hit City", a late night music video show, and "The Josephine Baker Story", a musical stage play.

Most recently Ms. Hornsby is the co-founder of TeaTime Entertainment, a full service production company and facilitators for the entertainment industry specializing in movie financing, development, packaging and presentation for new artists, music video and film production.
